Frequently Asked Questions
What is Strukt.ai?
Strukt.ai is an always-on workflow automation layer for shared team channels. It detects work in conversations, keeps the context attached, and updates connected work systems.
Does Strukt require a command or @mention?
No. After a shared team channel is connected, Strukt can identify relevant work from normal conversation without a command or @mention for every action.
What kinds of work can Strukt detect?
Strukt can detect tasks, bugs, decisions, requests, and follow-ups that surface in connected conversations.
Which team channels does Strukt work in?
Strukt works in shared channels that an organization explicitly connects. Publicly documented channel support includes Slack and Telegram, and Google Meet can be joined from a connected channel.
Which work-management tools does Strukt update?
Strukt can create or update tracked work in Jira and Linear and keep related GitHub activity connected to that work.
Does Strukt retain the context from a conversation?
Yes. Relevant threads, screenshots, files, recordings, logs, decisions, and code links can stay attached to the work they explain.
Is Strukt priced per user?
No. Strukt plans cover connected team workflows rather than charging for each person in a channel.
Is Strukt billed by token usage?
No. Strukt does not bill customers according to LLM token consumption.
What happens when another person joins the channel?
They do not need a separate Strukt seat. Strukt remains scoped to the connected channel and its existing access permissions.
Is the first channel free?
Yes. One channel connection is free and includes the whole team, subject to the current plan terms shown on the homepage.
How does Strukt handle permissions and data security?
Strukt only accesses systems an organization connects, with access scoped to the selected channels, projects, and repositories. The Trust Center documents the current controls.
