> Strukt.ai started with a problem we had all experienced from different sides. Carolyn saw it as an engineer. Nikolay saw it while bridging support and engineering. Artem saw it across startups, engineering teams, and customer operations.
Important work was everywhere but rarely where it needed to be. Bug reports lived in Slack threads. Customer requests surfaced in WhatsApp. Decisions disappeared inside meetings. Someone always had to capture the context, create the ticket, assign it, and remember to follow up. When things got busy, issues slipped through the cracks, customers were left waiting, and engineers lost focus chasing updates instead of building.
The turning point came when Artem was managing more than 25 customer Slack channels at Argyle. To stay on top of the noise, he built an early system that automatically logged Slack threads in Zendesk.
It worked, but it was only the beginning. As AI became more capable, Artem built a prototype that could do more than move messages between tools. It could understand conversations, recognize actionable work, and make sure nothing important was forgotten.
Nikolay immediately saw the potential. Carolyn had lived the same pain firsthand. Together, they founded Strukt.ai.
Today, our team of five is building affordable AI tools that work alongside people, not instead of them, so teams can stay focused, move faster, and make sure important work never falls through the cracks.
